What is your return policy?

We want you to feel confident trying RellaCup™. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused products in original packaging. To start a return, visit our Returns page or contact our support team and we’ll walk you through it.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We begin processing orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or change something, reach out to our support team right away. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Do you have a physical store?

Not yet, but you don’t need one to try RellaCup™ risk-free. We offer free shipping on orders $90+ and easy 14-day returns, so you can experience real relief from the comfort of home.

2. Product Questions

What settings should I use for my first session?

If you're new to cupping, we recommend starting with the lowest suction and heat levels. RellaCup™ has 12 intensity settings for both suction and red light heating. Start light and gradually increase as you get more comfortable to the sensation.

How do I clean and care for my RellaCup™?

After each use, gently wipe down the suction cup with a soft cloth and a small amount of alcohol or a non-abrasive disinfectant. Avoid submerging the device in water. Store in a cool, dry place and keep the USB port clean to ensure long-term performance.

How long does the battery last?

RellaCup™ lasts up to 3–4 hours on a full charge, depending on the suction and heat settings you use. It’s USB rechargeable and fully charges in about 2.5 hours, making it easy to integrate into your daily routine.

Will RellaCup™ leave marks on my skin?

Yes, just like traditional cupping, RellaCup™ can leave visible circular marks that typically fade within a few days. These marks are a natural part of the healing process and indicate increased blood flow to the area.

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 8–15 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?
